Dear Seniors and Families:

RE: Graduation 2026

Congratulations on reaching this exciting milestone! This letter includes important information to help you plan for the FPCS 2026 Graduation Ceremony as we come together to celebrate your student’s achievement.

These details can also be located on the 2026 Graduation page on our website at www.fpcharter.org under the Student & Family Resources tab. Please review and complete each necessary item to ensure your student is prepared for the graduation experience. Be sure to follow the links provided for each important task. If you have any questions, please contact your student’s advisor or FP Administration office.

    1. Graduation InvitationThursday, June 4, 2026 @ 5 pm
    2. 2026 Graduation Schedule - Graduates arrive at 2:30, Parents at 4:30
    3. RSVPPlease submit your RSVP no later than Friday, May 8, 2026
    4. Graduation Personal Information Form
    5. Senior SlideshowCustomize your slide by May 8. 
      • A tutorial is available here and on the website.
      • For technical assistance, please contact IT at [email protected]
      • Seniors are also invited and encouraged to write a short speech about their experience at FPCS and to thank those who have supported them. Please discuss this with your Advisor during your weekly meeting.
    6. Cap and Gown Information
      FPCS recommends ordering from Economy Cap and Gown.
      • Please order immediately to allow time for shipping.
      • Each graduate will need:
        • Order #: ACG
        • Gown Color: Royal Blue
        • Tassel Color 1: Royal Blue
        • Tassel Color 2: Light Blue
        • Year Date: Gold 2026
      • Orders must be placed by April 24 to avoid additional costs.
  • If you need assistance obtaining a cap and gown, please contact your teacher or Advisor.
 
  1. Photographer Information
    Our in-house photographer, Franceen Baldarama, will take professional photos of graduates in their cap and gown before the ceremony during rehearsal. Each graduate will receive:
    • Two individual poses
    • One Class of 2026 group photo
    • One group photo of graduates (caps from behind while seated)
  2. Important Event Information
    The ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn. Please plan to wear appropriate attire and comfortable shoes for the setting and weather. (Hats and sunscreen are recommended)
