2026 Graduation Schedule

Schedule: Thursday, June 4, 2026

The Santa Maria Elk’ Lodge #1538, 1309 N. Bradley, Santa Maria, CA

Ceremony will be conducted outdoors, on the large lawn area, southeast of the Lodge building and adjacent to the large parking lot.

2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Mandatory Rehearsal and Photos – Graduates gather in the designated area…look for signs. They will practice trooping into and out of the ceremony and the presentation of diplomas, etc. Please do not be late! A group photo and individual shots will be taken at this time.

4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Arrival of parents & guests.

5:00 p.m. Ceremony – a program will be made available upon your arrival.

Dress: Be dressed and ready in your cap and gown for rehearsal.

Please dress in graduation appropriate clothing. Keep in mind that the ceremony will take place out on the lawn. Wear appropriate shoes.

Please order your cap and gown. For information go to: www.economycapandgown.com or ask your teacher/advisor for details regarding borrowing a cap/gown.

Senior Tribute

Slideshow: A digital tribute recognizing the success of our graduates will be made available for you to download and view on your personal digital device (cellphone, tablet or computer). It is not possible to meaningfully project this tribute (or to live-stream) at the outdoor ceremony- however we believe it is an important acknowledgement of the accomplishment we celebrate through Commencement. Graduates will view the presentation in their waiting area before the ceremony. Your participation is requested.

Complete the Graduation Personal Information Form on our website: www.fpcharter.org (under Student & Family Resources tab – 2026 Graduation) Submit by Friday, May 8, 2026.
