FPCS opened in Solvang during the Summer of 2006. The school serves students in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. FPCS is a perfect choice for students in grades K-12 who are seeking the flexibility of alternative, personalized educational programs. FPCS has five learning centers located in Morro Bay, Orcutt, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, and Solvang. Instruction is delivered through textbooks and online state approved curriculum teaching 21st century skills for college and career readiness. All materials are state standard-aligned teaching foundational skills, core content learning, with enrichment opportunities including Montessori methods in Morro Bay.
