Charter Authorization
FPCS has been authorized by Blochman Unified School District since its opening in 2006. Authorizers are responsible for approving, overseeing, and renewing or revoking charter schools. They ensure schools comply with legal, fiscal, and academic standards, performing annual site visits, monitoring financial health, and ensuring accountability to the charter agreement.
