Family Partnership Charter School is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your mobile information.

  • No Sharing of Personal Information: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Exclusion of Opt-in Data: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

  • Data Security: We utilize an encrypted family portal and secure Student Information System to ensure your contact information is protected.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Purpose This page provides the terms and conditions regarding SMS messaging communications from Family Partnership Charter School.

 

Family Partnership Charter School (the “School”, “We”, “FPCS”) sends text messages to communicate with students and parents about application and enrollment deadlines, school closures, assignment reminders, and other pertinent educational information. Subscribing to the service is not required to apply for or to gain admission to the School.

 

Opt-in Family Partnership Charter School students, parents, or prospective families may opt-in to receiving text messages (SMS) by selecting "YES" to the SMS consent question within our encrypted annual registration portal. By opting in, you provide express written consent to receive recurring messages.

 

Opt-out You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message received from FPCS. After texting STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt-in again.

Messaging Cost & Frequency Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. When you opt-in, you are responsible for any carrier fees. Message frequency varies based on school activity, student status, and teacher-parent coordination.
