The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a Santa Barbara County SELPA committee that represents parents, educators, and community agencies and works to support the operation of the Santa Barbara County SELPA Local Plan – the local requirements for ensuring a free appropriate public education (FAPE) for all individuals with exceptional needs in Santa Barbara County.
