Santa Maria (Montessori) Resource Center
Family Partnership Charter School provide a unique, welcoming, respectful, and culturally-sensitive learning program where an enriched learning environment with materials and methods developed by Dr. Maria Montessori are used by trained teachers. Well-rounded development is supported to maximize competencies and responsibilities for lifelong learning. Montessori tools are used in conjunction with state adopted materials to support student achievement. The Montessori Program is able to accommodate a multitude of learning styles.
Students work in a highly-supportive learning environment, with comprehensive curriculum, 3 1/2 days per week at the local learning centers. On days when students are not working in their learning center, they continue to learn at home under the direct supervision of parents, using curriculum and resources provided by their teacher.
