HOW TO APPLY
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible. Please fill out our enrollment interest form
and one of our designated enrollment coordinators will contact you within one to two business days (pending scheduled breaks during the year).
When to Apply
Family Partnership Charter School accepts applications year-round; however, we encourage families to begin the application process as soon as possible. The application must be completed and all required documentation submitted to Family Partnership Charter School.
Getting ready to apply?
At Family Partnership Charter School we meet with all incoming families prior to enrollment. This gives us an opportunity to provide you with information about our school and the personalized learning we can provide your student. When meeting with a Learning Center Coordinator to discuss enrollment, please bring all of the following student information:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Academic Information (ex. Transcripts, Report Cards, STAR Test Results, NWEA or other Assessment Data)
- Most Recent 504/IEP (if applicable)
- Suspension/Expulsion Paperwork (if applicable)

Learning logs are a crucial part of documenting your daily work during each learning period. Learning logs must be signed by a parent and samples of original student work for each class must be submitted.
Both you and your student will work closely with a teacher to understand learning log requirements, assignments and deadlines.

1. Does your student meet the minimum age requirements?
A student must be age 5 years prior to or on September 1st of the school year in order to be enrolled at the beginning of the school year in FPCharter. If your child turns 5 years after September 1st you may enroll him/her at that time.2. Has your student, over the age of 18, been continuously enrolled in CA public schools?
A student must be under 18 years of age unless they have been continuously enrolled in a CA public school prior to enrollment with FPCharter.3. Is your student enrolled in only one school?
Students may be enrolled in only one school at a time. It is important to continue enrollment in your students current school, until you have made a decision to leave and go to another school.4. Is Family Partnership Charter School the best program for your student?
