In this letter you will find helpful information to help us plan FPCS’ 2024 Graduation Ceremony so we all can celebrate this enormous milestone in your child’s life.

Graduate Personal Information Form: A slideshow showcasing each graduating student will be presented. We need each student to submit 3-6 digital pictures. We would like pictures to represent students as babies, in grade school, and present day. These could be portraits, action photos, and/or candid pictures. Please understand all photographs will be displayed in public, therefore all pictures must be appropriate for all audiences. Although cute, baby pictures in the bathtub are not appropriate in this setting. These and other inappropriate pictures will not be used. Also, you are welcome to write a short speech to thank those people who helped you reach this milestone. Please discuss this with your Advisor during your weekly meeting.

Cap and Gown Information: FPCS suggest you order from Economy Cap and Gown ****Order immediately to allow time for shipping**** Each graduate will dress in a: Order#ACG Gown Color: Royal Blue Tassel Color 1: Royal Blue Tassel Color 2: Light Blue Year Date: Gold 2024** Orders must be placed by April 28th to avoid additional cost. If you need assistance with obtaining a cap & gown, please let your teacher/advisor know.
- Photographer Information:
We have our own in-house photographer, Franceen Balderama. She will be taking professional photos of the graduates with their cap and gown before the ceremony, during rehearsal. We will gift you a digital copy of 2- Poses in Cap & Gown, 1- Group photo of the Class of 2024, and 1- Group photo of graduates’ caps (back of head) while sitting.
- Important: This event will take place out on the lawn. Please wear sensible shoes and attire for the climate.
